Specialists from the Imperial College of Public Health in London and singers from the English National Opera jointly developed a course of treatment for the post-Covid syndrome.
In their opinion, singing allows you to train the lungs, while no special talents or abilities are required. The course has already been completed by 150 people, they noted that shortness of breath decreased by about 10%, and some participants talked about the general improvement in well-being.
